CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us at Sugar Blossom Lashes, and your time is reserved specially for you. We understand that sometimes times adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request a minimum of 24 business hour notice for cancellations.

Please be advised that you are pre-paying for the appointment in full, and that it is absolutely non-refundable. You may, however, reschedule your appointment online within the 24-hour window and up to two months in advance. There are no refunds for cancelled appointments as all sales are final. There are no refunds.

We do give our clients a one time emergency/sickness waiver for last minute cancelations that can be used in case of an emergency by contacting the salon number prior to the Appointment time.  In the future any cancellations under 24 hours will unfortunately result in a full forfeiture of the payment for any reason.

We will not be able to accommodate any late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes and clients must be in the door at the 10 minute mark to be seen.  After 10 minutes passed the original appointment time your appointment will be cancelled resulting in the loss of the entire appointment fee. You will then be prompted to reschedule online with a new prepayment required to rebook.

We highly advise arriving early in order to fill out paperwork, give a complete consultation and allow for your full appointment time. 

On your first visit to our studio, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your schedule appointment to allow for registration and initial consultation.

On return visits to our studio, we ask you to arrive 5- 10 minutes prior to your schedule appointment. Anyone arriving past the 10 minute mark will be required to reschedule. You will not be refunded for the missed appointment, and can only reschedule at the cost of a FULL appointment fee.

We are by appointment only and need to accommodate others who appointment follows yours.

UPON ARRIVAL

In addition to arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, we ask that you come alone to your appointments with no additional guests.

Please remove contacts and do not have any makeup near your eye area or mascara on.  Any residue of makeup will prevent proper application of the extensions.

You will be asked to wash you hands and eyelashes upon arrival.

We encourage clients to bring their own blankets as we can no longer supply them under the new health guidelines.

Please do not drink caffeine before your appointment.

We recommend bringing a few photos of you desired look to help us in selecting a lash style best suited for you.
