Because our training programs are highly customized and require advance preparation, all bookings are non-refundable. Training materials and kits are ordered and personalized within 24 hours of registration to ensure the best experience for each student.

We understand that unexpected changes can occur, so we allow one reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled training date. Reschedule requests made within less than 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend your session, will result in the forfeiture of your training payment.
